Jason McGuire:
Property Manager 

 Jason has been involved in Real Estate for over 8 years. He received his Real Estate License in 2005 where he quickly became a Multi-Million dollar producer within his first full year. He graduated from the Realtor Institute a few years later and then went on to achieve his Broker’s License in 2009. In 2008 he was asked to start up and lead the Property Management Department.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers for 2010 and is always available to meet and speak with clients. 

Joshua Kelly:
Tenant Coordinator 

Joshua began working for RE/MAX in 2009 and quickly moved to get his Real Estate License. He now works with the Property Management Department coordinating all Tenant activity. He is responsible for conducting inspections, handling the maintenance and repair requests, as well as a dedicated showing agent for our rental properties. Joshua graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Criminal Justice. He is always available to answer any questions you may have about our properties, applications, or maintenance.
